We do not actually allow people into our warehouse storage, you will order at the will call window and our order pickers will bring it out to your car for you. You can then inspect the order and make sure everything meets expectations.

Hello, I do not understand how this works. Do we have to pre-order or can we come and just shop on a Saturday for what we want?
