Contest Guidelines: Free Jackfruit with Your Combo Box!

1. How to Enter:
   • Be among the first 100 people to pick up a Combo Box during our promotional period.
2. What You’ll Get:
   • A free piece of fresh jackfruit as a thank-you gift!
3. When & Where:
   • Location: 8990 West Windsor Drive, Peoria, AZ 85381.
   • Date & Time:
     • Friday, January 24, 2025: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
     • Saturday, January 25, 2025: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (or until supplies run out)
4. Important Details:
   • Limitations: Only one free piece of jackfruit per person and per order number, regardless of how many Combo Boxes you purchase.
   • First Come, First Serve: The first 100 people who arrive and get in line to pick up their Combo Box will qualify for the free jackfruit. The giveaway is not based on who ordered first.
   • Promo is expected to end early (likely Friday), so come early to avoid missing out!
   • No preorders or holds—visit us in person to claim your gift.
5. Terms and Conditions:
   • Must pick up your Combo Box in person to qualify.

Ingredients

• 3-4 ripe tomatoes (Campari, Roma, or Heirloom), sliced
• 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
• Fresh basil leaves
• 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1-2 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare Ingredients
   • Slice the tomatoes and fresh mozzarella into even rounds. Wash and pat dry the basil leaves.
2. Assemble the Salad
   • Arrange the tomato slices, mozzarella, and basil leaves alternately on a serving platter (tomato, mozzarella, basil, repeat).
3. Drizzle and Season
   • Drizzle the olive oil (and balsamic glaze, if using) over the top. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
4. Serve
   • Serve immediately as an appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

• 2 lbs Campari tomatoes (about 10-12), diced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried basil (or a handful of fresh basil leaves)
• 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
• 1 tsp sugar (optional, to balance acidity)
• Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Tomatoes
   • If you prefer a smoother sauce, blanch the Campari tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute, then transfer to ice water. Peel the skins and dice.
2. Sauté Aromatics
   • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onions, cooking until soft and fragrant (about 2-3 minutes).
3. Cook the Tomatoes
   • Add diced Campari tomatoes to the pan. Stir well and let them cook down, releasing their juices. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Season the Sauce
   • Add oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, sugar (if needed), and salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Blend (Optional)
   • If you like a smooth marinara, use an immersion blender or transfer the sauce to a blender. For a chunky texture, leave it as is.
6. Serve
   • Use immediately on pasta, pizza, or as a dipping sauce. You can also store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for later use.
