Everybody’s Family Fruit Updates

Sunday July 20th through Sunday August 3rd we will be closed to all customers with the exception of pre ordered Combo Boxes that may be posted during that time. (We could offer a pop up sale if a crazy opportunity arises).

This means the daily EFF list of you pick items will be unavailable after Saturday 7/19/25 until relaunch. We will not take any walk in orders.

We will have a combo box posted on Monday the 21st for pick up on Thursday July 24th of next week.

Starting July 26rd we will be reaching out to our EFF clients that responded to our previous post for Covid era “ZZ Accounts” reactivation. These clients will be the first to go live on our new system. We expect there to be minor problems and if you are included in this initial roll out, we will need your patience and help. We anticipate we will begin processing orders for these account holders for the week of 7/27 but it could be a week later.

Answers to questions that you may have…

  • Did we receive your request for account reactivation? We received many, many requests. If you are not contacted by August 1st, and you previously had a log in send us another message.
  • Will we be posting or offering a list of items for walk in pick up? Not beyond Saturday July 19th until relaunch.
  • Will you ever restart walk in orders? Ultimately, we will be shifting to primarily an account holder, pre order program both for pick up and delivery.
  • How do I create an account? For now, we have a huge list of people interested in having an account that we will accommodating first. If you emailed or filled out a form onsite, we will be reaching out. Eventually, and ASAP we will have the ability for you to create an account yourself online and possibly even onsite.

      Thanks for inquiring about deliveries Christina! Once some testing has been put in place we’ll keep opening access up more and more so eventually everyone can take part.

    I have been buying from EFF for quite a while now but am confused on how to do it in the future. Do I need an account? Am I not above to just walk up and buy? Please help me understand. Thanks, Mike

      Hi Mike,

      Thanks so much for supporting EFF! Right now, we’re temporarily closed for some renovations and upgrades, but we’ll be back soon. Once we reopen, we’ll share all the details and any updates on how to shop with us.
