Kumato and Cherry Heirloom Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 kumatos (diced)
- 1 cup cherry heirloom tomatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 small onion, diced (optional)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup dry red wine (optional)
- Salt, pepper, and fresh basil to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté garlic (and onion, if using) until fragrant.
- If using wine, add it now to deglaze the pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce.
- Add kumatos and cherry tomatoes. Cook on medium heat until softened (10-15 minutes).
- Stir in sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- For a smooth sauce, blend; or leave chunky. Finish with fresh basil.
This sauce is vibrant and versatile—perfect for pasta, pizza, or dipping!

Combo Boxes must be preordered. Combo Boxes are as is. Quality and fulfillment of items must be checked before leaving our premises. Any questions or concerns with our Combo Box must be handled on site. Pickup at 8990 West Windsor Drive, Peoria, Arizona 85381. If you are unable to pick up your box on the day you have selected, please let us know. Forms of payment include card (online), cash (must take payment in person and before cutoff), and EBT (call to make EBT payments or come in person before cutoff).

Do you guys have turnips and mustard greens
At this time I do not have any mustard/turnip greens.
Is the charge submitted when you place the order or when you pick up the order? This makes a big difference if you’re demanding orders be submitted by Wednesday and people get paid on Friday
The charge does happen immediately when placing the order.
Will you have items other than combo boxes this week?
Other items may be purchased during the Combo Box pickups.
