These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Everybody’s Family Fruit ("Company") and your purchase of Combo Boxes. By purchasing a Combo Box, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Combo Box Purchase and Pick-up
1.1. By purchasing a Combo Box from the Company, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the description, contents, and pickup details of the Combo Box.
1.2. Cancellations of Combo Box orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to the first available pickup date. Cancellation requests received after this time may not be honored, and you may be responsible for the full cost of the Combo Box.
1.3. It is your responsibility to pick up the Combo Box within 48 hours of the designated pickup time. Combo Boxes not picked up within this timeframe will be donated, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
1.4. It is highly suggested that you check the contents of your Combo Box before leaving the premises to ensure the content and quality are satisfactory. If there are any concerns, they can be addressed immediately and resolved. Once you have left the premises, the Company assumes no responsibility for any issues with the Combo Box.
Reporting Issues and Exchanges
2.1. If you encounter any issues with your Combo Box, such as quality concerns or missing items, it is important to report them promptly. All issues must be reported to info@everybodysfamilyfruit.com within 24 hours of the pickup time.
2.2. In cases where relevant, please provide accompanying photos to support your claim. This will assist us in better understanding and addressing the reported issue.
2.3. The Company does not provide refunds for Combo Boxes. Instead, exchanges or credits may be offered at the sole discretion of the Company, based on the nature of the issue reported.
General Terms
3.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services provided, including Combo Box offerings, at any time without prior notice or liability.
3.2. The Company may change these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on its website. Your continued use of the services or purchase of Combo Boxes after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.3. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order for a Combo Box and to promptly inform the Company of any changes or updates to your contact information.
3.4. The Company may communicate with you regarding your Combo Box order or other related matters via email, phone, or other contact information provided by you.
3.5. The Company reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities of Combo Boxes at its discretion.
3.6. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

Our family began distributing fresh produce to other local families throughout Arizona in the 1940’s. As we continued to grow and evolve through the years, Everybody’s Family Fruit was created to deliver the freshest fruits and vegetables from across the globe, directly to our community.
