Combo Boxes must be preordered. We do not make extra boxes at time of pickup. Pickup at 8990 West Windsor Drive, Peoria, Arizona 85381. If you are unable to pick up your box on the day you have selected, please let us know. Any boxes not picked up within 24 hours of the selected day will be donated. Are the combo boxes already sold out? I’ve never had that happen and I just got the text yesterday.
This doesn’t happen very often, but we were late getting the Combo Box out this week, and then we ended up selling out faster than expected as well. Keep an eye out for the next one! 🙂
Do you send our text/ emails prior to the COMBO BOXES sell date?? As a senior citizen I don’t do online ordering unless a family member is here to help me. If I knew ahead of time I would love to place a pre order.

Unfortunately this box was not available for preorder until Wednesday afternoon, and due to factors like short notice and a lower total limit on the boxes available, this one did sell out very quickly. Our apologies and we hope you can make the next box.
